Open Find Events to explore upcoming pop-ups and bazaars. Search by name or location, then narrow the list by category, city, date, event format, expected traffic, booth availability, or price.

Find events

Create an event listing

Organizers add event dates, venue details, booth options, inclusions, pricing, images, and an optional floor plan. New listings are reviewed before they appear publicly.

Create an event

Know the building blocks

These are the main objects and statuses you will see across the marketplace.

Event listings

A listing is the public page for a pop-up, bazaar, or market. It brings together dates, venue, organizer, booth choices, images, application details, and reviews.

Booth options

Organizers can offer one or more booth types with their own price, size, slot count, and inclusions. A sold-out option cannot accept new applications.

Applications

A seller applies to a specific booth and shares a business name, product category, and optional message. An application can be pending, approved, rejected, or cancelled.

Organizer verification

A verified badge means Popops PH reviewed the organizer's submitted business details and documents. It is a useful trust signal, not a guarantee of event outcomes.

Listing review

New and edited event listings go through Popops PH review. An approved listing is visible to sellers; a pending listing remains offline until review is complete.

Saved events and reviews

Bookmarks keep a private shortlist in Saved Events. Reviews and ratings help future sellers understand an event after someone has participated.

Move from discovery to decision

Most days on Popops PH come down to a few repeatable actions for sellers and organizers.

Search and filter

Use the search bar for event names, venues, or locations. Combine filters to compare only the opportunities that fit your schedule, category, budget, and preferred setup.

Read the full event page

Check dates, operating hours, venue, event type, expected foot traffic, application deadline, organizer status, booth price, inclusions, remaining slots, and reviews before deciding.

Save a promising event

Select the bookmark on an event card or event page. Your shortlist is available from Saved Events after you sign in.

View saved events

Apply for a booth

Choose an available booth on the event page, enter your seller or business details, and submit. The organizer receives the application and you receive an update when its status changes.

Review seller applications

Organizers open Applications from the dashboard, check each seller's details, then approve or decline. Decisions notify the seller automatically.

Prepare before you commit

A little comparison and complete information make event decisions easier on both sides.

Build a seller shortlist

Compare location, dates, duration, booth fee, inclusions, audience fit, organizer verification, seller reviews, and travel costs. Save the strongest options before applying.

Add confirmed dates to your calendar

Use Add to Google Calendar on an event page so setup dates and event dates do not collide with another commitment.

Publish complete event details

Organizers should use a clear title, full venue address, accurate schedule, category, application deadline, contact details, event format, and realistic expected traffic.

Define every booth type

Give each booth a recognizable name, price, dimensions, quantity, inclusions, electrical access, furniture details, and food-vendor restrictions where relevant.

Plan event day

Sellers should prepare inventory, prices, payment QR codes, cash change, signage, packaging, power, and permits. Organizers should prepare seller check-in and communicate changes early.

Review details, decisions, and reputation

Popops PH keeps the important signals close to the event so both sides can make informed decisions.

Review before applying

Read the listing beyond the poster. Compare booth terms with your expected sales, look for the verified badge, and read seller feedback when reviews are available.

Review application decisions carefully

Organizers should check the seller's business, product category, message, and contact details before approving or declining. Dashboard decisions are final, so confirm before submitting.

Follow approval status

Organizers can track whether an event is pending, approved, rejected, or cancelled from their workspace. Editing an approved listing sends it back for review before it becomes public again.

Leave an honest review

After an eligible event, signed-in sellers can add a rating and a short comment on its page. Keep feedback specific, fair, and useful to the next seller.

On a supported phone, add Popops PH to your Home Screen for faster access. On iPhone, use Share, then Add to Home Screen; on Android, use the browser's Install app option when available.

Stay on top of changes

Updates appear inside Popops PH, and supported browsers can also deliver push notifications.

Use the notification center

Open the bell to see application updates, event approvals or rejections, cancellations, review requests, and service messages. Mark items read or remove them when finished.

The Popops PH newsletter highlights marketplace news and opportunities. You can subscribe using the email form on the site.

Keep your account and decisions safer

Popops PH provides trust signals and account controls, while payments and event arrangements still require your judgment.

Protect your account

Use a unique password, reset it if you suspect a problem, and sign out on shared devices. Never share login codes or password-reset links.

Check the organizer

Look for verification, read available reviews, confirm the event details, and use organizer contact information to clarify unclear terms before paying.

Arrange booth payments carefully

Popops PH does not process booth fees in the app. Payment happens directly with the organizer, so use a trusted channel and keep receipts and written terms.

Handle documents and personal details carefully

Verification documents are submitted for review. Only provide required information through the official Popops PH flow and review the Privacy Policy for how data is handled.
