Location and venue
City, address, and venue name — is it worth the commute for your product?
Seller’s Guide
A practical guide to discovering events, comparing booths, applying, and preparing for event day.
Overview
Tap a step to see what actually happens at that stage.
Browse Find Events and filter by city, dates, category, price, and booth availability to shortlist events worth a closer look.
Open a few event pages side by side — location, dates, booth options, and inclusions vary a lot between listings.
Look for the verified badge and read any reviews left by other sellers before committing to a booth.
Pick an available booth on the event page and submit your business name, product category, and a short message.
You’ll get a notification the moment the organizer approves, declines, or cancels your application.
Coordinate booth fees and logistics directly with the organizer, then work through your own event-day checklist.
After the event, you can review it to help other sellers evaluate the organizer for next time.
Discovery
Every event page shows real details you can compare before applying — here’s what to look at.
City, address, and venue name — is it worth the commute for your product?
How many days it runs, and whether it overlaps with other events on your calendar.
Whether the event’s theme (food, fashion, crafts, etc.) fits what you sell.
Listed per booth type — compare against your expected sales before applying.
Sold-out booths are marked as such; only apply to booths with open slots.
A verified badge means Popops PH has reviewed the organizer’s business details.
Past sellers’ reviews are shown on the event page — read a few before deciding.
Shown when the organizer has provided it — not every listing includes this.
Indoor, outdoor, or hybrid — relevant for setup, weather, and equipment needs.
Shown on the current featured event when available, as a planning aid.
The date organizers are aiming to close applications by — apply early where you can.
Preparation
Go through this before you commit a booth fee — it takes two minutes and saves surprises later.
Saved on this device only — Popops PH doesn’t store this checklist.
Process
You apply directly on the event page — choose a booth, then submit your business name, product category, and an optional message to the organizer. There’s no separate application form to fill out elsewhere.
Once submitted, the organizer reviews it from their dashboard and either approves, declines, or cancels it. Applications can be Pending, Approved, Rejected, or Cancelled — you’ll get a notification the moment that changes.
Booth payment happens directly with the organizer, outside the Popops PH app — the platform doesn’t process booth fees for you.

Trust
Popops PH reviews organizer details and shows seller reviews to help you evaluate an event — but no marketplace can guarantee outcomes, so it still pays to do your own quick checks.
A verified organizer’s business details have been reviewed by Popops PH — look for the badge on the event and organizer info.
Reviews from sellers who’ve worked with that organizer before are one of the best signals you have.
Booth fees, inclusions, and cancellation terms are set by the organizer — read the whole page, not just the poster.
Popops PH doesn’t process booth payments in the app. Be cautious of any request that feels off, and pay only through channels you trust.
If something on a listing looks wrong or you run into an issue, reach the Popops PH team directly.
