These Terms explain the rules for using Popops PH. By creating an account, browsing events, submitting an application, creating a listing, or using our services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use Popops PH.
About Popops PH
Popops PH is an online marketplace that helps sellers discover pop-up events and apply for booth spaces offered by event organizers.
Popops PH provides the platform, but we are generally not the event organizer, venue owner, seller, payment provider, or guarantor of an event’s success.
Who may use the platform
You must be at least 18 years old to independently create an account or enter into transactions through Popops PH.
When using Popops PH for a business, organization, or student group, you confirm that you are authorized to act on its behalf.
Your account
You agree to:
- Provide complete and accurate information.
- Keep your account details updated.

Event organizers

- Booth availability.
- Application deadlines.
- Event rules.
- Cancellation and refund policies.
- Posters, photos, floor plans, and promotional materials.
Organizers must have permission to upload and publish all submitted content.
Sellers and applicants
Submitting a booth application does not guarantee acceptance.
Organizers make the final decision on applications. Sellers must provide truthful information and comply with the organizer’s rules, deadlines, payment instructions, and event requirements.
Sellers are responsible for their own products, permits, inventory, taxes, employees, and booth operations.
Prices and payments
Event organizers determine their booth prices unless stated otherwise.
Popops PH will clearly disclose any platform fee or commission before a user is required to pay it.
When payment is completed outside Popops PH, users should verify the organizer and payment instructions before sending money.
Refunds and cancellations are generally subject to the organizer’s published policy. Popops PH may assist with disputes but cannot guarantee that a refund will be issued.

Reviews must be based on genuine experiences or honest opinions.
Users may not post:
- Fake or misleading reviews.

Popops PH may investigate, hide, or remove content that violates these rules.
Moderating a review does not mean that Popops PH verifies or agrees with every statement in it.
Content you upload
You keep ownership of the content you upload, including photos, posters, reviews, profiles, documents, and event information.
You allow Popops PH to store, display, resize, format, and use that content as reasonably needed to operate and promote the platform.
